We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly and resourceful male with great ‘people skills’ and a ‘can do’ attitude to join our existing team.
Ty Hapus Charity has successfully supported people living with dementia across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for over 10 years. We have services for people living with ‘Young Onset Dementia’ (Diagnosed under age 65) and people living with a ‘Senior Onset Dementia’ (Diagnosed after the age of 65) We support people in our beautiful ‘home from home’ base in Barry as well as in activities across the Vale and Cardiff.
