We work closely with health and social care professionals as well as other voluntary sector organisations. We are a part of the local dementia friendly community and ensure that we meet best practice in dementia support to meet Local and National government standards and strategies.
We welcome new opportunities to improve support to people and their families affected by Dementia. We are particularly interested in developing more relationships which might:
- Extend our geographic reach
- Increase therapeutic support to people
- Enable unpaid carers to access support
- Help us engage with people with learning disability and diagnosis of dementia
- Help us engage with people from all communities, beliefs, identities who have been diagnosed with dementia.
