Jane Hutt . MS Minister for Social Justice Visits Ty Hapus
Many thanks to Jane Hutt. MS. Minister for Social Justice, who visited Ty Hapus recently. .
Our guests and team were very pleased to meet Jane, and it was a wonderful opportunity for Jane to see our lovely new premises on Barry Island, as well as a opportunity to say goodbye Ellin who retires at the of July, and to meet Ceri who will take over as Service Manager from 1st August,.
Jane was with us on our very first day of opening Ty Hapus, over 10 years ago, and has visited many times since. She has always been a great supporter of the work we do, especially with regards to our unique service for people living with a Young Onset diagnosis of Dementia.
Ty Hapus now works across Cardiff and Pembrokeshire as well as in the Vale of Glamorgan. We look forward to the future where Jane will see how our service continues to grow.
Creative? Sporty? Craft loving? Gardener? Artistic? Reflective? Or just willing to ‘have a go’ and make sure people living with dementia enjoy their day with us? Then we would love to hear from you
